Mitchell Simon received his certification as an Integral Coach from New Ventures West, and his JD/MBA from UCLA. His experience with Fortune 500 companies included strategic marketing, strategic alliances, and leadership development.

Mitchell Simon lives in Del Mar with his wife Debbie and their four boys, Noah, Zachary, Jacob, and Samuel. Mitchell is an avid skier, surfer, swimmer, mountain climber, and a black belt in Tae Kwon Doe.

In September 2000, Mitchell summitted Mt. Rainier, the most technical climb in the lower 48 states. In August 2008, Mitchell summitted Mt. Whitney, the highest point in the contiguous United States. In 2008, Mitch co-authored "The Trusted Advocate: Accelerate Success with Authenticity and Integrity" with John Mehrmann.

Todd Salovey is a nationally recognized professional theatre director. Since his debut in 1993, Salovey has won more than thirty awards for directing and producing world premieres, classical and contemporary plays, and cultural arts festivals. He has directed the leading talents of today's American theatre. For 19 seasons, he has been the Associate Artistic Director of the San Diego Repertory Theatre, and for 18 years he has trained literally thousands of actors as part of the Theatre and Dance faculty of UCSD (rated in the top three theatre training programs nationally) where his standing room only classes receive rave reviews. His 2008 San Diego REP production of "The Blessing of a Broken Heart," which he both wrote and directed, was the recipient of the prestigious Edgerton Award for New American Plays.

Vice President in charge of Program Development for the Simon Leadership Alliance, Salovey designs and facilitates cutting-edge leadership workshops and coaches executives at prominent Southern California based companies. He also leads presentations workshops for the Rady School of Management. Salovey serves on several educational boards in San Diego, and has led numerous workshops and retreats for non-profit organizations that are committed to being best-in-class. With coaching specialties including: presentations, communications, authenticity, emotional intelligence and team building, Salovey actively directs his clients to achieve standing ovation results.

Todd Salovey lives in La Jolla with his wife Diane. They have two children, Leah, and Aryeh. Salovey is currently completing his first leadership book, "No More #2," which he is co-authoring with Mitch Simon and Nicholas Halsey.

David M. Barach David Barach has 25 years of entrepreneurial and senior management experience–both startup and later stages, in assessment, strategy, execution, and repositioning. He has held various managerial and executive roles in wireless communications, software IT, hardware and medical and health sciences. Currently, he advises small and medium-sized businesses in new venture startup, strategy, finance, repositioning, distress turn-around, and exit planning and has served on their boards.

David’s career started in engineering, initially in hardware and software, and then IC design and design automation. He held engineering and managerial roles at Hughes, SAIC, and CommQuest, and later executive management positions at BrightCom, Extricom, Global Microwave and ComSolutions, the latter of which he founded, led and sold to LSI Logic. He was CEO of Instromedix, a leading brand cardiac medical device company, and was instrumental in its turn-around from negative earnings and falling revenues to close to 400% growth and subsequent sale.

He is affiliated as a business plan judge and coach at the Social Enterprise Institute, the UCSD Rady School, Venture Roundtable, the Connect Springboard program, and past advisor to the Woman in Technology International board. He is an active member of the Tech Coast Angels, serves on its board and heads its Tech Pre-screen activity. He also serves on the Dean’s Advisory board, college of Engineering, at SDSU. David earned a B.Sc. degree in EE from the University of California San Diego, and is a graduate of San Diego State University’s MBA for Executives program.
