| Integrated Performance Process
Our 5 step process is designed to move a group of individuals towards the delivery of consistent extraordinary results. The discovery process is undertaken to expose productive and non-productive actions and conversations, and develop practices that lead to a commitment to extraordinary results.
1) Individual Interviews
The purpose of individual interviews is to understand where each team member sees his or her responsibility to the current dynamics of the team. Through our confidential interviewing process, we discover how each of your team member sees their responsibility to the team, what each person wants from the team, and how each person views his or her role in the present and future success of the company.
2) Individual Assessments
In this eye-opening step, we take the interview results and present them to the team to demonstrate how the team arrived to their current situation. Each participant receives a summary of their motivations, strengths, and expectations as seen through their own eyes and the eyes of others.
3) Trust and Accountability Workshop
Enlightened with the knowledge of who the participants are, their expectations and motivations, and how they are viewed by others, the coach facilitates a discussion to move the participants towards greater trust and a commitment to accountability and results. Previously ineffective or debilitating behaviors and communication are shown for what they are in a challenging, supportive and non-threatening manner. Ways to make constructive adjustments are laid out and discussed in order to identify and implement practices that will make team more effective.
4) Individual and Team Development Programs
When the most effective practices are determined, individual and team development plans are created and set in motion to immediately utilize new actions that lead to constructive and collaborative behaviors.
5) Ongoing Coaching
Learning curves need to be accounted for, and new directions need to be addressed as experience deepens. The coach stays available to ensure that the new behaviors and insights stick for the long-term.
