Integrated Performance Process

Our programs are not for everyone. Our clients are number one or number two in their industry. Our programs are for leaders and teams that are thoroughly committed to maintaining their position as the best, or quickly achieving this status.

Our programs have been designed to collaboratively discover what makes a leader or a team of leaders extremely successful, and what specifically holds them back from what is rightly theirs. Our programs are therefore based on discovering, developing, and transforming the following three legs:

SELF-LEADERSHIP:

  • Integrity
Our programs discover the specific roles, responsibilities and promises that a leader should be making. We uncover whether the individual makes and keeps the promises that a leader must make in order to achieve the results he or she is held accountable for.
  • Facts vs. Stories
We teach individuals how to distinguish between what is true, and how their interpretations get in their own way in discovering what is true. We find that developing a leader's competency to distinguish between what is true and what is an interpretation of what is true unlocks a leader's ability to discuss, share, and confront others on just about anything.
  • Self-Expression
Without full self expression, you are paying for people to hold back on their intellectual capital. If a leader holds back just one fraction of what he or she has been hired to bring forward, you are doing a disservice to your company and to your leaders.
  • Change
Today's workforce must be open to change, or you will be extinct. We uncover a leader's, team's and company's resistance to change, break it wide open, and provide tools to transform one's relationship with change.

RELATIONSHIP:

  • Vision
Without vision there is only what happened in the past. Most individuals and teams limit their vision, because it is clouded by an undercurrent of disbelief. We provide tools to unlock an individual's and a team's vision for what might be, and we teach leaders how to enroll others in completing their vision.
  • Trust
Trust is the glue that allows leader's to take on risky endeavors and trust others to move forward with them to achieve what has never been done before. We push trust hard. We work on building and rebuilding trust throughout our programs.
  • Responsibility
Too many leaders think that accountability is key; we know that above accountability is responsibility. Only when your team has built up the competency to take on 100% responsibility for the completion of a project can you consistently rely on your team to deliver results.
  • Coordination of Action
The coordination of action lies in powerful conversations where clarity, consistency, and conditions of satisfaction are practiced on an hourly basis. We teach teams all of the steps required to have all participants keep their promises and notify each other when there is any chance that a promise might be broken.

BODY:

  • Self-Awareness
A highly skilled leader is able to separate what he or she is thinking from who he or she is. A great leader handles crises and obstacles by having a unique relationship with what he or she is thinking versus what is really happening. Our leaders truly understand the difference and have clarity under the most difficult situations.
  • Commitment
Unfortunately many times leaders do not deliver on their commitments. We find that non-delivery is due to commitments that are never spoken. We find great leverage in uncovering unspoken commitments that get in the way of the spoken ones.
  • Action
Unfortunately individuals have limited repertoire in reacting to stressful circumstances. They argue, pull back, or backstab. Many times individuals do not have a long list of actions to choose from. We uncover the actions that individuals choose and open up their repertoire of available actions.
  • Practice
The body is good at doing what the body has been good at doing. Many times actions aren't taken, because an individual "knows" the answer, but is not practiced in thinking, speaking, or acting what is appropriate at the time he is called on to act. Our process includes supplying leaders with practices that they can take on to create a body that is capable of results that they have been unable to achieve.
